Im Rahmen der neuen Konzernstruktur wurde die SM im Mai 2001 zur <strong>RUAG Munition<\/strong>. Von 2002 bis 2022 wurde der Munitionsbereich unter dem Namen <strong>RUAG Ammotec<\/strong> gef\u00fchrt.\u00a0 Im Juli 2022 wurde diese vollst\u00e4ndig mit allen Marken sowie Produktions- und Vertriebsstandorten von der italienischen <strong>Beretta Holding<\/strong> mit Sitz in Luxembourg \u00fcbernommen. Der Schweizer Teil der RUAG Ammotec firmiert nun unter dem Namen <strong>SwissP Defence.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Das anl\u00e4sslich des 125-Jahre-Jubil\u00e4ums der MFT 1988 entstandene, aufw\u00e4ndig inszenierte Video zeigt somit den gr\u00f6ssten Teil der Geschichte der Munitionsherstellung in Thun. Es beginnt mit einem historischen R\u00fcckblick auf die Geschichte der Pulver- und Munitionsherstellung.<\/p>\n<p>Realisiert wurde das Video von Hansjakob Beglinger, einem Mitarbeiter der damaligen MFT und fr\u00fcheren Pr\u00e4sidenten des VSAM.
