\n- Promote the creation of a Swiss Army Museum;<\/li>\n
- Contribute to the conservation of army material and to its investigation and \u00a0documentation;<\/li>\n
- Advance the knowledge on Swiss military history.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
In 2008 the society founded the Historical Swiss Army Material Foundation, which as independent provider and by order of the DDPS attends to a majority of the collections of historical material of the armed forces.
